Trump described the dossier as "discredited and Fake", suggesting that the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Democrats may have colluded to surface false and damaging information about him.

Trump is referring to news of two executives from Fusion GPS who chose to remain silent yesterday during a private meeting with the House Intelligence Committee.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., had issued a subpoena on October 4 for those TD Bank records.

Fusion's filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia claimed that complying with the subpoena would "deny Plaintiff and its clients their rights to free speech and expressive association as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution".

According to the Examiner, Fusion GPS is asking a federal judge in Washington, D.C.to block the subpoena for the TD Bank records. His attorney released a statement following the interview saying that he did not reveal the names of Fusion's clients.

Until this month, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was leading inquiries into the dossier.
