She was there in the early 2000s, when Weinstein spotted her in the hotel, commended her work and asked for her room number to schedule a meeting. "I kicked and I yelled", she recalled and said the producer grabbed her arms with one hand and forced her to have sex. "Like most of these women, I was so ashamed of what happened", Sciorra said to the New Yorker.
Task forces in Los Angeles and London are also investigating alleged sexual attacks by the 65-year-old former film boss.
Weinstein was a producer of the film "The Night We Never Met" in which Sciorra acted and Weinstein gave Sciorra a ride home one night. She says Weinstein dropped her off after a dinner, then knocked on her door and "walked in like it was his apartment, like he owned the place, and started unbuttoning his shirt". He then tried a second assault.
She recounts, "He shoved me onto the bed, and he got on top of me".
To her horror, the movie mogul continued to harass her with lewd phone messages. At the Cannes Film Festival, a Miramax associate told her her room would be next to Weinstein's. When she opened it, Harvey allegedly forced the door open and came inside.
Weinstein left, and Sciorra said she never spoke of the rape and never went to police.
"Mr. Weinstein unequivocally denies any allegations of non-consensual sex", a spokesperson for the director said in response to the allegations.

But when Hannah got downstairs, she alleged, there was no evidence of a party - just Weinstein, waiting for her.
"I said, 'No, you can't!' And then he said, 'At least flash me, then.' And I said, 'F*** off, Harvey'". "I didn't have much on", the actress said. "And I know with every fibre of my being that if my male makeup artist was not in that room, things would not have gone well".
