Both players have been crucial for the Patriots as they proceed without Julian Edelman (torn ACL).

The Patriots dominated the possession game, holding the ball for for just under 37 minutes to the Chargers' 23, racking up 27 first downs to the Chargers' 16. Last week, he scored six points for the Chargers via a 65-yard touchdown return. For the second-straight week, the Patriots held an opposing quarterback to fewer than 300 yards (212). Now, the focus of weakness shifts to the red zone offense. Rex Burkhead had seven catches for 68 yeards, while James White caught five balls for 85 yards. Tom Brady engineered a 14-play, 77-yard drive - complete with three third-down conversions - getting within a point on a 2-yard touchdown pass from Brady to Rob Gronkowski and tying the game on Stephen Gostkowski's PAT at 7-7. But Brady also may have lost a valuable piece during the fourth quarter, when wide receiver Chris Hogan (five catches, 60 yards) went down with what appeared to be a shoulder injury.

England, Spain set up all-European final
The final on Saturday means one of Spain or England will become U-17 World Cup champions for the very first time. Mali got a goal back three minutes after Torres' goal, through Lassana N'Diaye.

Patriots: Bye week, at Broncos on November 12. The Patriots were able to tackle him in the end zone for a safety. Lewis didn't find much room on the ground, but has established himself as the clear lead option in the rushing game for the Patriots. With the double-score in mind, Brady hurried the Patriots down field in time for Gostkowski to connect on a 36-yard field goal with 24 seconds to go in the half.

In the second quarter, Benjamin fielded a punt, but bobbled the ball as he caught it. That was a big factor in the Patriots allowing the Chargers to stick around with some hope until the final second of the game, when Jones picked off Rivers' final throw.
