Full specs and United Kingdom pricing details of the Surface Pro LTE still remain thin on the ground, despite having its global unveiling at Microsoft's Future Decoded event in London on 31 October. It was first announced earlier this year and Microsoft promised to launch it before the end of this year.

"We are at the edge of a major technology shift towards more intelligent computing - one fueled by the rise of data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning", the company said in a blog post.

Microsoft is targeting the new Surface Pro LTE initially at business customers, who will be able be able to get their hands on one from December this year, but it should be available to all customers in 2018.

The base model will include an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM, and 128 GB of SSD storage and will be priced at $1,149.

The trailer also confirms the inclusion of Miles Morales , who was teased at the end of the E3 trailer for the game. Peter Parker might be out protagonist, but Miles Morales can be glimpsed briefly at the very end of the footage.

The Microsoft Surface Pro with LTE Advanced (not the industry's greatest name, by the way) will "begin shipping to business customers in December", expressly targeting workforce mobility.

The new Surface Pro with LTE Advanced offers an always-on connection capable of download speeds of up to 450 Mbps, according to the company. Some owners also considered the original Surface Book to be rather heavy for a portable device, and the weight remains unchanged for the Surface Book 2.

An extra bonus for British customers is that the 13-inch Surface Book 2 will be landing in the United Kingdom in November, with the 15-inch model available next year.

The biggest change in the Surface Book 2 is that it's also available with a 15-inch display, which has a slightly higher-resolution 3,240 by 2,160 PixelSense touchscreen. The 4GB version will cost $1,149 and the 8GB version will cost $1,449.
