ESPN has suspended NFL analysts Donovan McNabb and Eric Davis, following the filing of a lawsuit (first reported by Bloomberg) by Jami Cantor - a former wardrobe stylist for the NFL Network - which accuses both men of sexual harassment.
Also named are former players and on-air personalities Eric Davis, Donavan McNabb, Warren Sapp, who gave Cantor a sex toy for Christmas three years in a row, according to the suit.
Cantor alleged that Weinberger, a former executive producer at the network, sent her "several nude pictures of himself and sexually explicit acts".
Cantor filed an amended complaint on Monday, which goes into far greater detail about workplace harassment.
Former NFL player and NFL Network's Heath Evans is interviewed during a media availability on set at the NFL Network studios, Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, in Culver City, California. Some of the specific texts Cantor received from McNabb, listed in the lawsuit, are too sexually explicit to list here.
Faulk, Taylor, and Evans, all analysts at the NFL Network, have been suspended pending the results of an investigation. In addition, he once pressed his crotch against Cantor's shoulder and requested she touch it, the complaint says.
James Corden 'Helps out' Taylor Swift as a Cringeworthy Replacement Backup Dancer
We can tell that she is gearing everyone up for her Stadium Tour next summer, and we can't wait to see what she has in store. When Swift is down a backup dancer, he valiantly offers his dancing services, though his moves could use some work.
The allegations against Faulk, who attended Carver High School in the 9th Ward, include an instance where he greeted her by "fondling her breasts and groping her behind", the report said.
The Ringer told Kevin Draper of The New York Times that Weinberger was placed on "indefinite leave" Monday night, pending an investigation.
The Ringer released the following statement about Weinberger to NBC News. Bill Simmons could not be reached for comment by Bloomberg regarding Weinberger's role in his company. Cantor was sacked in October 2016, according to the report.
Cantor claims that she was sexually harassed by three National Football League analysists, including Marshall Faulk, Heath Evans and Ike Taylor.
Davis, 49, played 13 seasons as a defensive back for four teams, most notably the San Francisco 49ers, with whom he won the Super Bowl after the 1994 season. This is part of a filed against a list of former NFL players, and NFL Enterprises.
