Harry Kane hit a hat-trick for Tottenham as they enjoyed their first away win in the Premier League in almost three months with a 3-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor.

England superstar Kane will be targeting Premier League history on Boxing Day after his hat-trick saw off Burnley today.

Speaking to BT Sport after the victory at Turf Moor, the England global said: "I am aware I've equalled Alan Shearer's record".

"I came into this game hoping I could get a couple and take it to Southampton, when I had the three I wanted to get the fourth. Let's see what happens on Boxing Day".

The Spurs star opened the scoring with a first-half penalty and struck twice after the break to make it 36 league goals in 2017 - equalling the record Shearer set in 1995.

Rubashkin's case", Trump wrote. "The outrage is backwards", he said, in reference to concerns the sentence was harsh. The Coalition for Jewish Values, a rabbinic public policy organization in the US , said they too welcomed the news.

Kane, who oozed confidence and class throughout, put Spurs ahead from the penalty spot in the seventh minute after a controversial penalty award when Dele Alli went down under a challenge from Burnley defender Kevin Long.

"I think he can still improve, he is 24 and the player arrives at their best 27, 28, 29 and it depends how professional you are".

"It's a nice present that's for sure".

The Rossoneri, meanwhile, are now experiencing a season of nightmare proportions, with last weekend's 3-0 defeat at the hands of lowly Verona leaving them languishing in eighth place, 14 points off the Champions League places and with a number of problems to deal with both on and off the pitch.

Kane's treble was enough to give Spurs their first back-to-back wins at Turf Moor for 92 years and lift them above Sean Dyche's side and the Gunners in the standings.
