The Before He Cheats singer scrapped a series of appearances and performances after a tumble at her home in Nashville, Tennessee in November left her with a shattered wrist and facial injuries that required 40-plus stitches. The country singer posted a cryptic message on social media that many think is brand new music, plus she's got a performance at the ACM awards this Sunday. Underwood stated that her wrist is 90-percent healed and that her doctors reassured her that the rest would heal up in time. "And my face has been healing pretty nicely as well".

Along with the "silver lining" opportunity to spend quality time with husband Mike Fisher and son Isaiah, Underwood said she's also had ample time for singing, collaborating with producers and of course, writing her sixth studio album.

Wednesday (April 11) is when Carrie Underwood's highly anticipated new single "Cry Pretty" officially arrives. In the photo, Underwood tells her fans that she is making music again and that she is ready to start taking pictures of herself again after the accident. "I've been calling it 'forced relaxation'".

Lambert, who split from ex-husband Blake Shelton in July, 2015, called herself a "lucky girl" after enjoying date night at the Country Music Awards a year ago with her beau. "I love you and love your songs", one person wrote, with another saying she looks "as lovely as ever".

He added, "Moving the show out of Las Vegas this year would have just really felt like an abandonment, and, in a sense, like hate won".
