Austin gets a fresh start in Dallas, which turned around and traded away fellow wide receiver Ryan Switzer not long thereafter.

Cowboys acquired Tavon Austin from the Rams in exchange for the No. 192 overall pick in the 2018 National Football League draft.

After posting a career-high 58 receptions for 509 yards and three touchdowns in 2016, the 28-year old gadget player recorded just 13 catches for 47 yards under new Rams head coach Sean McVay last year.

From adding depth to the offensive line with players Joseph Noteboom and Brian Allen to from filling needs at linebacker with Micah Kiser, Los Angeles has plenty of reasons to be thrilled with their selections from this year's draft.
