The Premier League Manager of the Season and LMA Manager of the Year awards have been handed out, with some stiff competition for the gongs.

Mourinho will be looking to overhaul his Manchester United squad in order to begin an assault on the Premier League's dominant outfit.

On the back of the shirt was the word "Champions" along with the number "18", after City won the Premier League title this year.

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha is close to joining Premier League champions Manchester City during the summer transfer window - as per reports.
