Gareth Southgate will be hoping that he doesn't have to come up against Sergio Ramos at any point after the England manager dislocated his shoulder going for a run round England's training camp.

No, it wasn't a passing encounter with Sergio Ramos, he's safely in the Kazan Arena for his Spanish side's second group game against Iran, Southgate managed to "Salah" himself whilst out running around the England team's training base in Repino, on Russia's Gulf of Finland coast.
